Great question — and here’s the simple scoop. Rolling Pint Co. brings the pub, but you bring the pints. To keep everything above board with liquor laws, all alcohol must be purchased by the host, venue, or your chosen caterer.

We don’t supply food or beverages, but we make it incredibly easy for you (or your caterer) to serve them. You choose the drinks — we handle the setup so your guests get the full Irish pub experience.
Our tiny traveling Irish pubs may be compact, but they’re mighty when it comes to beer capacity. Our Pubs can comfortably chill and pour up to two half-barrel (full-size) kegs at once — that’s roughly 250 pints of beer ready for your guests.
With two draft lines, you can serve two different beers at the same time — perfect for pleasing a crowd.
Rolling Pint Co. does not supply bartenders. Our mobile Irish pub is designed to work beautifully with either self‑serve pouring or a professional bartending team. If you’d like a bartender for your event, we can recommend a trusted, Smart Serve–certified service we’ve worked with.
Prefer to keep things casual? Our tiny pub is fully set up for self-service, so you and your guests can pour your own drinks at your own pace.

No license is needed for most private events — as long as you’re not charging guests for drinks, you can serve alcohol from our mobile Irish pub without any special permits. It’s your event, your beverages, your rules.
For weddings, your venue or caterer typically holds the required liquor license or Special Occasion Permit (SOP). If your wedding is on private property and you’re not selling alcohol, you usually don’t need an SOP. If you are selling drinks or hosting your wedding in a public space, an SOP may be required. Your venue or planner can confirm what applies to your specific setup.
Rolling Pint Co. is a dry‑hire rental, meaning we don’t supply alcohol or kegs. You (or your venue/caterer) simply purchase whatever drinks you’d like to serve.
Our tiny pub is fully equipped for your setup, and if you need help finding a local keg or alcohol supplier, we’re always happy to point you in the right direction.

Whatever you’d love to serve, you can stock it in your Rolling Pint pub. You’re free to choose the drinks that fit your event — beer, cider, wine, cocktails, mocktails, or a mix of everything.
Most hosts like to bring in one or two kegs (beer, cider, or any kegged beverage) to take advantage of the pub’s draft taps, and then round things out with canned drinks, wine, or non‑alcoholic options.
It’s completely customizable — you decide the menu, and we make sure the pub is ready to pour it perfectly.
The base 24 hour rental fee for our portable Irish pub is $1,200 midweek (Monday through Thursday), $1,500 on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays, and $1,700 on Stat Holidays. Additional costs may include a Delivery Fee depending on your location. A $500 deposit is required to secure the rental with the balance due 21 days before delivery.

Our cozy mobile Irish pub is designed to feel intimate on the inside and lively on the outside. While most events we serve host 40–60 guests, the pub itself features:

Our mobile Irish pub needs to be set up entirely on private property — think driveway, backyard, side yard, or any privately owned flat surface. We can’t park on streets or public land, so as long as the space is yours (or your venue’s), we’re good to roll in.
To fit comfortably, the pub requires a minimum of 24–25 feet by 15 feet of flat, level space with easy access for towing. Once we’re parked in the final spot, we typically have the whole setup ready within about 90 minutes.

Our mobile Irish pub runs best when plugged into a standard household power source — think a garage, house, shed, or office outlet. All we need is one regular 110V/20‑amp outlet within 100 feet of the setup area. We bring the extension cords (up to 100 feet), and it’s even better if the outlets are on two separate circuits to keep everything running smoothly.
If your event is in a spot without easy access to power, no worries — we can provide a generator rental for an additional fee to keep the lights, heat/AC, and entertainment powered all night long.

Our tiny Irish pub may be packed with charm, but it doesn’t include a bathroom. The Pub is all about cozy vibes, great drinks, and good company — just without the loo.
If you need facilities nearby, we’re happy to recommend portable washroom rentals to keep your event running smoothly and comfortably.
You’re in charge of choosing the drinks for your event — and we’re here to make the keg side of things easy. Our mobile pub has two taps and can hold up to two half‑barrel kegs at a time. Most hosts order their kegs at least a week in advance and let them settle and chill for the day to ensure smooth, foam‑free pours.
We’ll handle all the hookups and supply the beer gas, so once your kegs arrive, you’re set. If you choose smaller kegs (1/6 barrels), you’ll also have extra room in the kegerator for cans and bottles, plus shelves behind the bar for wine and spirits.

How much beer you need depends on your guest count, event length, and how thirsty your crowd tends to be. For most gatherings, one or two kegs is plenty — but if you’d like help estimating the right amount for your event, we’re always happy to guide you.

Rolling Pint Co. is proudly based in St. Thomas, Ontario, and we offer local delivery within 50 km at no extra charge.
If your event is farther out, we’re happy to hit the road — we travel up to 200 km from St. Thomas for an additional delivery fee. Want us to wander beyond the 200 km mark? Just holler. If the pints are calling, we’re usually game to go the extra mile (or several). Whether it’s a backyard bash, a farm wedding, or a cottage‑country celebration, we’ll bring the pub magic right to you.
Absolutely. Our mobile Irish pubs are fully climate controlled, equipped with both heating and air conditioning to keep your guests comfortable in every season. Whether it’s a chilly fall evening or a hot summer day, the pub stays cozy, cool, and ready for good times.
We recommend booking your Rolling Pint pub as early as possible, especially for weekends, long weekends, and holiday dates, which tend to fill up quickly.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your Rolling Pint booking, please reach out as soon as you can. We typically require at least 14 days’ notice for cancellations.
Any deposits paid may be non‑refundable, depending on the circumstances and timing, so we encourage you to contact us directly for full details and options.
We’re always happy to work with you wherever possible to keep your event stress‑free.
We typically arrive 2–3 hours before your event begins to make sure everything is set up safely, smoothly, and ready for guests. We’ll coordinate with you ahead of time to choose the ideal arrival window based on your event schedule, location, and any special considerations.
To secure your Rolling Pint booking, we require a $500 deposit at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your event date.
Payments can be made securely online by credit card, or you’re welcome to arrange cash or alternative payment methods with us if needed. We keep the process simple and flexible so you can focus on planning a great event.
